The location of this hotel was great, surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests. they offered a nice Christmas dinner with traditional food and a cosy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a bit outdated and not well-maintained. Our bathroom was not very clean and the heating system was not working properly.

The hotel had free WI-FI throughout the building, which was a great way of catching up on work emails. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of cheeses and freshly squeezed orange juice available. The hotel's location in the mountains was beautiful and provided a serene escape from the city bustle.
The hotel had very poor soundproofing, and I could easily hear people talking in the next room. The shower in my room was not functioning properly, and the water was either too hot or too cold.
